Earlier in the day, at 1pm the immediate family and grandparents met at the courthouse for the signing of the papers and the official wedding ceremony. Then they went to do photos and now were joined by everyone for the church ceremony and the party afterwords.
This morning when packing, i realized i forgot my shoes in Workum but Beppe was bringing them to the Wedding for me so i went off in my dress and runners..... what a fashion statement. The drive was a short hour, probably because we were driving so fast but whatever. We made it with a few moments to spare. This was the first time we would have everyone together and I was excited. It would be the first time we met Suzannah and everyone was excited about that!
*Suzannah is the little girl my cousin adopted from Uganda and she is adorable! Tianna and her had a great time together later in the visit.

Tianna Dancing! |
After the church service was a small standing reception where the cake was served. The guest book was a photo scrapbook where you dressed up in funny clothes and took group photos. We also left our names and a word or advice on cards to match to our photo. A very cool idea. Here we visited with family until 10pm and went to the "party"!
The party was at yet another location, a bar type place for all ages that had been rented out. It had a few rooms to it, a quiet room and the party room. There was a lot of dancing, a few videos and skits but nothing like what i was expecting. Most dutch wedding have more skits and fun from the family but this was just a slide show and one video and than dancing. Kaydence crashed around 11:30 and Tianna danced on and off till 12:30 when we packed up and left. We had to drive around 1.5 hours to get to the next house so we were eager to get going. The party lasted till 2am!
